• Receiving notifications when participants wish to speak
• Selecting from a list of pre-named speaker requests
• Deactivating individual attendee microphones at any moment
• Creating polls both prior to and during the event
• Inviting the audience to participate in voting
• Displaying live poll results on the room’s visual presentation system

The system relies on the ATOM device, a compact and pre-configured hardware unit designed for straightforward deployment. Its small form factor allows for flexible placement within the venue, requiring only connection to the existing AV setup and WiFi network to operate effectively.
